Otherwise known as the Assassin’s Guild. They used to work with the Yellow Ribbon, but due to the constant ambushes of Newrick, and the protection the Yellow Ribbon afforded the halfling, the Assassin Leadership had enough. They cut a deal with the new gangs and betrayed the Yellow Ribbon and are now actively hunting them down.
The leadership of the Tainted Ring is unknown. All members wear masks and black robes when interacting with other members. Rumours state that much of the conversations is done in a strange Thieves Cant like language the disguise voices. Although some small cells work together to succeed.
